The interest for his profession, the pleasure in transmitting the knowledge acquired over the years, has allowed Dr Manilio Giorgetti to publish under the patronage of some First Class Insurance Companies which operate in the Marine, texts dedicated to his native city but always about navigation, such as Nautical Charts of the Venetian Lagoon and Navigation Rules for the Venetian Lagoon as well as writing an interesting text on Gas Carriers: Transportation of liquefied gases by sea, where particular attention was given to those very important aspects in shipping such as safety, means of personal protection, fire-fighting systems, crew & safety and, obviously, to the fundamentals of thermal dynamics of the gases transported by sea and the type of vessels that are built to carry such liquefied gases.

His last publication Time and Ship Maintenance is a text that, organically, synthesizes the length of time required to carry out the most recurrent maintenance which cyclically is developed on board ships during normal service and or whilst under works.
